Bangkok, Thailand : Day 2

anupama dayal palazzo pants

Hi Everyone, πŸ™‚

So of course our plan to meet Miss Meow this morning was cancelled. I mean who wakes up at 8 am on a holiday? πŸ˜› So it was pretty much a lazy unplanned day for us. We went to Siam Paragon again and picked up more makeup stuff. πŸ˜› Today we walked a lot, hopping from one mall to another and also checking out the street markets of Bangkok. I came to Thailand with a plan of picking up a good bag from either Kate Spade or Prada. But considering the number of fake bags I have seen here, I have dropped the idea. I totally have trust issues here. I can’t help it. πŸ˜›

Anyhoo, Sanjeev and I had a ton of fun capturing and experiencing the essence of the city. There is some protests (or a celebration) also going on here. Not sure what. It looked like some celebration of super music, festival and shopping. πŸ™‚ It’s been long I have been so free. Feeling good! πŸ™‚

Tomorrow we are leaving for Phuket. The real holiday begins! πŸ™‚

Talk to you all soon. And thank you for the comments on the last post. Read them all. πŸ™‚
