Day 1 : Bangkok, Thailand

Hi Everyone, πŸ™‚

Sanjeev and I are travelling once again. :)) We had planned this trip long back and we couldn’t choose a better day than our wedding anniversary. πŸ™‚ So yay! πŸ™‚

This is my second trip to Bangkok. I don’t find Bangkok very different from Delhi except that it’s bigger and safer. So I am still in the city mode. My super holiday mood wouldn’t begin until we reach the beach. πŸ˜€ Anyway, we went to Siam Paragon Mall today and I literally went a bit crazy at their Sephora. πŸ˜› I picked up pretty nail paints and some NARS stuff. I plan to go back there again during our stay.

On our way back we walked through the super busy and crazy street market that Bangkok is famous for. They are selling everything here starting from jewellery to insects. πŸ˜› I loooved seeing every little bit of the life going on in this crazy city. πŸ™‚

Right before our hotel there is gorgeous lane full of restaurants and has an amazing night life. We walked down to grab dinner at one of the quaint restaurants here. There are vans selling all kinds of alcohols, restaurants playing music, street vendors selling the yummiest fruits, thai massage parlours luring you to try their services, lady boys πŸ˜€ and girls waiting to be picked up.

Btw I thankfully have managed to get my vegetarian food without any issues so far. Plus our hotel has amazing selection of Β both veg and non veg options. So this time my food is pretty much sorted. πŸ™‚

Tomorrow we have something planned in our package. I am not sure we are going to go because the letter says that we have to meet a certain Miss Meow at 8 am. πŸ˜› I am still not sure why we even take packages. We always end up skipping so much stuff. πŸ˜›
