While walking through the narrow lanes of Hauz Khas Village, we discovered a quaint bakery shop called ‘Elma’s Bakery, Cakes and Tea Room.‘ It is a British Bakery, and they have sort of maintained that old world charm of the place. A chalkboard menu, cute floral crockery, and a vintag decor feels warm and welcoming the moment you step in. It’s the kind of place you want to sit in with your friends and chat away for hours. 😀
We just ordered tea and a ‘dead man’ cookie (they had halloween cookies) hihih 😛 The tea was refreshing and the cookie just melted in my mouth. We were in a hurry today but we definitely plan to visit the place again.
It’s sooo cute. I am quite inspired to bring that vintagey feel at my home as well. Let’s see where I start. ^_^
Btw , we went to Hauz Khas Village to buy my Karvachauth outfit. Geee!! I am soooo excited to flaunt it. 😀
How is the week coming along for you guys? 🙂
