Flowers have been quite an integral part of my life. Not only I enjoy giving them to people, I love receiving them and using them as a decorating item for my home. It has become customary now to pick fresh flowers from a florist weekly. So whether I am gifting flowers to Mr Husband or just buying them for their loveliness, they add that sublime quality to my home. It’s the sunflowers that I love the most but they are painfully difficult to find. So mostly I pick colorful roses and carnations every now and then. Bought these pink and cream ones today to sit pretty on my centre table.
I bought two kgs of litchis from the market today. Actually more than I like litchis, it’s Sanjeev that gets all excited. Sad it’s such a short season fruit. So we’d wile away the afternoon peeling one fruit after the other.
