Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur

Hi Everyone, 🙂

The past two weeks have been super hectic for me, to an extent that I can’t even remember where my days flew by. Sanjeev and I were having withdrawal symptoms about taking a long two-week break from our travels. 😛

But anyway. We, along with two of our friends, reached the gorgeous Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur this morning. This is another dream property by Taj after Umaid Bhawan Palace and Rambagh Palace. The grandeur of the place starts from the entrance itself. You take a boat to the palace in Lake Pichola. The sound of the water, the twitter of the birds and the beautiful view of the white marble palace together give you a warm welcome. And you know you are heading towards another dreamland.

And as you start your short trip, you know that nothing can beat Taj’s hospitality.
