I was not a shoe-obsessed girl during the growing up years. I always had a few shoes that I’d wear until they were worn out. Then I’d buy a new pair and… the story went on. The real lust love for shoes began when I started college and discovered the infamous GK 1 M Block market. The playful colors and the extraordinarily low prices (I mean what else do you want during college days 😛 ) got me hooked onto the shoes. My friends and I used to save our pocket money and splurge on the colorful shoes every single month. For many years it was the kohlapuris, ballerinas and vivacious open sandals that ruled our mouse-hole sized cupboards. I have big feet and, back then the biggest advantage of having big feet was that I never shared my shoes with anyone. lol!
And then as they say, rest is the history.
I am now guilty of being shoe-obsessed. Kill me!
