Tea Party Settings

We had a little tea party at home yesterday. It was quite a nice relaxed evening with friends. I’d love to have more of these in future, especially in winters. 🙂

• Used clear glasses to arrange fresh flowers on centre table. Trimmed the extras with a regular pair of scissors.
• Served Bruschetta on a low microwave rack. (Followed THIS recipe. Pretty awesome).
• Pierced some black olives on a toothpick and served them on top of the juice glasses. They not only looked pretty but orange juice and black olives is a great combination. 😉
• Used my cake stand to serve the snacks – mini burgers and cream crackers topped with cream cheese, tomato / cherry tomato, black pitted olive, sliced green olive, dry parsley and a sprig of basil.
• Served chips in soft drink glasses.
