The Expendables 2 & Rants

Sanjeev and I have been going in and out of meetings for the past two days. It’s been pretty hectic, and the schedule is quite tight today as well.

Anyhoo,

We managed to sneak in some time for’ The Expendables 2 ‘ yesterday. I totally enjoyed the movie. It was so awesome to see all larger-than-life characters fitting in one screen. The movie was a bit gory for my liking but I loved the action and the dialogues. I would have totally loved to see more of Jet Li in the movie but oh well! It was great fun, and totally worth a watch atleast once in the hall. 🙂

That’s what I am wearing to office today. Black button down, black jeans, Masaba jacket, a blue fringed necklace from haute Curry and Zariin ‘Tale of Two Stones’ agate ring.

By the way, has any of you dined in at Pizza Hut lately? On Monday, Mr. Husband and I were looking for a quick bite. ‘Pizza Hut’ was the first place we saw so went ahead with that. As soon as we settled in, I was sharing my Pizza Hut college memories with him. We ordered ‘veggies pesto spagetti’ and the regular ‘garden pizza’. Horrid is the only word I have to describe for what was being served. The spaghetti was drenched in olive oil, and the pizza base was stale and dry. I was so sad to visit the place. I remember that during college days we used to save money to party at Pizza Hut. The food was yum and the staff was so enthusiastic. It was disheartening to see what had happened to quality of the place. Guess I won’t go there anymore. 🙁
