Hi Everyone, 🙂
We came back from Udaipur last evening. Day before yesterday, the boys went to check out the vintage car museum while I stayed back to get ready for the evening and Richa wanted to enjoy another session at the Jiva spa (trust me, I have sold Jiva spa to a lot of people, including my husband lol!!).
In the evening, Mr. Bharat Vyas (Revenue Manager Rajasthan Cluster) arranged for a beautiful private dinner by the Lily pond for the 4 of us. The Chef, Mr Atul, prepared a fantastic 4 course spread keeping our tastes in mind. It was a delicious meal of pea soup, dal-baati-churma, Foie Gras, stuffed chicken breast, and aubergine & parmesan dish. Plus an amazing selection of gulkand icecream, jalebi-rabri , gulab jamun and creme brule. The chef totally spoilt us with his amazing skills. It was a dinner to remember. The location, the company, the food and the hospitality, it couldn’t get better.
The next morning our friends left early for Delhi while we strolled around a bit soaking every bit of the Lake Palace we could. Mr. Vyas told us that there is a saying that ‘Lake Pichola calls you back’. So on that note, we hope to revisit the Taj Lake Palace again.
Already missing the place. Sharing the last bit of memories of our stay. 🙂
